Job Description:
- Analyze designs, develop, test and implement innovative solutions to ensure a high level of quality, robustness, scalability and performance while meeting delivery schedule commitments.
- Work with cross functional teams in Quality, Documentation, Performance, Program Management to achieve agreed upon results, coordinating and working to meet the needs of the project.
- Provide input into plans and work closely with the development manager to ensure project success.
Skills Required:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent area.
- Minimum 0 to 6 years of experience with several years of hands-on experience in the design and development applications using the J2EE based platform. Candidates should have worked with Java implementations including but not limited to JSF,and Web-Service components.
- Solid understanding of overall system performance and efficiencies of a 3-TIER architecture including interactions between database and application servers is required.
- Excellent analytic, problem-solving, oral and written communication skills with the ability to thrive in a high performance team
