The client is a leading ISO 9001:2000 certified contract testing lab in India. Because of company's reputation of following stringent quality control methods and offering customized, innovative solutions to the clients, the company is doing well in India and overseas and attracting big clientele.

 

The Challenge

The client is looking for a solution to completely automate their sample testing process.

 

Also, the management was looking for an integrated solution for clients, vendors, and employees. The solution should be able to provide:

• Provide information related to client ,vendor, and employees whenever required.
• Assign a unique barcode to each test sample to manage data flow.
• Enable clients to view their requests related to product, invoices etc.

The Solution

The management came across, MegaLims, a web-based laboratory management system by Kleward. MegaLims could satisfactorily answer all the challenges that were faced by the management.
